1. Scope<\/strong><\/h3>\n

These Terms & Conditions (AGB) apply to all Revit and BIM courses offered by THA Academy, operated by TOMI\u0106 HAN ZT e.U. They govern the contractual relationship between the course participant (\u201cParticipant\u201d) and TOMI\u0106 HAN ZT e.U. (\u201cProvider\u201d).<\/p>\n

2. Course Format and Participation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The RCC (Revit Crash Course) and all other THA Academy courses are held on specific dates and in small groups. A booking is valid for the selected slot (morning or afternoon slot) across two consecutive days.<\/p>\n

3. Prices and Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

All prices are listed in Euro and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of VAT. Payment is completed online via our secure payment system at the time of booking. A booking becomes effective only after successful payment.<\/p>\n

Payments are processed securely through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). The legal relationship concerning payment processing is governed exclusively by Stripe\u2019s own terms, which apply independently of these AGB.<\/p>\n

4. <\/strong>Discounts<\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

We offer three types of discounts.
If you qualify, we\u2019ll send you a personal coupon code that you can use at checkout.<\/p>\n

1. Student discount \u2013 25%<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are a student, please send us your proof of enrolment<\/strong> (Studienbest\u00e4tigung and Transcript) and a short CV<\/strong> via Instagram DM (@bim_academy_tha<\/strong>) or email (office@tomic-han.com<\/a><\/strong>)<\/span>.
Once verified, you\u2019ll receive a \u201325%<\/strong> coupon for the course.<\/p>\n

2. Group discount (5 people) \u2013 15%<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you register as a group of five<\/strong>, and there are still 5 free seats in the chosen slot, each person in the group receives \u201315 %<\/strong>. Please contact us via Instagram DM (<\/span>@bim_academy_tha<\/span>) or email (<\/span>office@tomic-han.com<\/a><\/span>)<\/span><\/strong> listing all five participants (full name + email<\/strong> for each). We will then send an individual coupon code to each participant.<\/p>\n

3. Social media discount \u2013 extra 5%<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you agree that we may take photos and short videos<\/strong> of you during the course and use them for THA Academy social media, you receive an additional \u20135%<\/strong> discount. This social media discount can be combined<\/strong> with the student or group discount.<\/p>\n
